General Manager

General manager for large gastro pub/ restaurant based Kent, this is for a small group of inns where the hospitality and the food speak for itself, they are looking for a qualified and experienced general manager, ideally from a fine dining restaurant or upmarket restaurant /pub, They are looking for a manager who is stable in their employment and is looking for a long time career with this growing company.

The ideal candidate must be able to show growth and profit from previous employments.

The package is from £23k - to £25k basic plus 3kin bonus, plus tips which can amount to up to £3k a year, plus accommodation, to reap the rewards of this growing company apply now.


Pastry chef

A fully qualified pastry chef is required for a small beautiful country house hotel, must have at least 2 to 3 years experience within the pastry section and have relevant qualifications.

Will be making breads, sweets and pastries for the 2 rosette restaurant. Will be required to run section on their own.

£18,000 with accommodation.


Chef De Partie

A beautiful 4 star country house hotel is currently looking for a strong chef de Partie to compliment the kitchen. Everything is made fresh and the restaurant is currently has 2 rosettes

The Hotel also caters for a large conference and banqueting departing and has a huge focus on weddings

They use local produce where possible and make everything fresh.

The hours are 40 – 45 a week with a mixture of straight and split shifts. 5/ 7 days.

The position is offering a salary of up to £17k with accommodation, plus all meals etc.

Previous kitchen experience with fresh food experience is essential, ideally at 2 rosette level


Breakfast Chef

A Breakfast chef is required for a small hotel based in Tunbridge Wells.

The hotel has around 20 bedrooms and they are looking for a cook / chef to cook the breakfasts for the residents of the hotel, maximum covers would be 30.

The ideal candidate must be able to work on their own initiative as running the kitchen on their own until chefs arrive around 10.00am. They must have previous experience of working within a kitchen and ideally have NVQ 1 and 2 or equivalent in catering.

Will be required to cook breakfasts and once breakfast service is over will be required to assist chefs in the kitchen with general prep work etc.

Hours are 06.00am – 12.00pm 6 days a week Salary from £6.50 p/h


Head Pastry chef

A beautiful country house hotel is currently looking for a qualified head pastry chef to work in this large kitchen.

The hotel is a 4 star hotel and currently has a fine dining restaurant, it has a reputation that exceeds itself.

As head Pastry chef you will have full control of the pastry section and your team, you will be making all breads, pastries, cakes within this section.

The ideal candidate must have experience within a hotel environment and be able to demonstrate this.

Salary is £25k plus accommodation and benefits


Sous chef for beautiful boutique hotel in Kent.

This lovely contemporary hotel is currently looking for an experienced and talented sous chef to further this stunning restaurant and assist the head chef in running this busy kitchen

The restaurant is very popular and everything is made fresh from locally seasonal produce, as well as this stunning restaurant, the hotel caters for weddings, conferences and large functions.

The ideal candidate must have experience at rosette level and be able to demonstrate this, they must have the drive and ambition to produce good fresh food at a high level and look to gain further awards in the kitchen.

You will be assisting the head chef on the day to day running of the kitchen, working in a team of around 10, You must be able to have strong leadership skills to develop and manage junior members within the team

Salary up to £23k plus bonus no accommodation
